Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Counselling
Handle parent enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
Explain SIP Abacus programmes, advantages, course structure, fees, and class schedules.
Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
Coordinate demo classes and counselling sessions.
Maintain enquiry records and achieve monthly admission targets.
Student Onboarding
Guide parents through the admission process, documentation, fee payment, and registration.
Explain class schedules, attendance rules, practice requirements, and course expectations.
Coordinate with teachers and the academic team to allocate students to appropriate batches.
Ensure parents receive the necessary learning materials, communication links, and instructions.




Introduce parents to the centre's communication channels and explain how student progress will be shared.
Follow up after enrolment to ensure a smooth start and resolve initial concerns.
Parent Engagement & Coordination
Maintain positive relationships with newly enrolled parents.
Address initial queries and coordinate with the relevant team for timely resolution.
Track onboarding completion and ensure no recent student is missed during the process.
Encourage parent referrals and identify further admission opportunities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
