Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior MIS Executive to manage reporting, analyze business data, and support management in decision-making. The ideal candidate should have solid MS Excel skills, analytical abilities, and experience in preparing MIS reports, preferably in the retail or lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Track and analyze sales, inventory, store performance, and operational data.
Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Coordinate with different departments and stores to collect and validate data.
Support management with data-driven insights and performance reports.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency.
Participate in virtual meetings and coordinate with teams through Google Meet.

Required Skills
Advanced MS Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,



SUMIFS, data analysis, dashboards, and MIS reporting.
Google Meet: Comfortable attending and coordinating virtual meetings with management and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive understanding of MIS reporting and data management.
Retail/lifestyle industry experience preferred.
Knowledge of Softcall and Genesis software will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of relevant MIS experience.
Robust command of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling large volumes of data.
Able to provide accurate reports and meaningful insights to management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
