Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Engineer to develop business opportunities in IT, Industrial Digitisation, Automation, and Mechanical Engineering. The candidate will identify recent customers, understand technical requirements, promote company solutions, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and develop new customers in automotive, manufacturing, engineering, and IT industries.
Promote IT solutions such as software development, AI/ML, IIoT, Industry 4.0, MES, data analytics, and digital transformation.
Promote mechanical solutions such as engineering design, jigs, fixtures, gauges, tooling, and production line automation.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams for suitable solutions.
Handle customer visits, enquiries, RFQs, quotations, proposals,



negotiations, and follow-ups.
Maintain customer relationships, track sales opportunities, and achieve business targets.

Required Skills
Positive communication, presentation, negotiation, and business development skills.
Basic understanding of IT solutions and mechanical engineering/manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and professional email communication.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and meetings.
Prior experience in technical sales, industrial sales, or IT sales is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
New customer acquisition and lead generation.
Enquiries, proposals, and orders secured.
Sales revenue from IT and mechanical solutions.
Customer visits, follow-ups, and business development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
