Job Description – Sales Coordinator

Designation: Sales Coordinator

Department: International Sales

Location: Headquarters – Marol Naka , Andheri East

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with the International Sales team for seamless order execution.
Prepare and maintain PPIC sheets and track order progress.
Liaise with internal teams (Production, QA, Logistics, and Documentation) to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Coordinate sample requests with the QA team and monitor timely dispatch.
Track shipments and coordinate with the logistics team for export documentation.
Maintain accurate sales records, order status reports, and customer databases.
Assist in preparing quotations, cost sheets, and sales-related MIS reports.
Follow up with customers for order updates, documentation, and payment status.




Ensure timely communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
Support the sales team in achieving customer service and business objectives.

Desired Profile
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in Agri Commodities, FMCG, Food Processing, Manufacturing, or Export industries.
Valuable understanding of export documentation and order coordination.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
