What You’ll Do
Call Canadian small and mid-sized business owners and decision-makers
Understand their business and present solutions that help them get more customers
Handle questions and objections with confidence
Qualify interested prospects and book meetings / close opportunities
Keep CRM records and call notes accurate after every call
Daily targets: 150 outbound calls and 3 hours of talk time

What You’ll Earn
Fixed monthly base salary
Commissions on every finalized sale
Weekly and monthly performance incentives
Total target earnings: ₹8,00,000 per annum
No cap on earnings

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
Excellent spoken English: fluent, clear and grammatically strong
Confident speaking with business owners
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Comfortable working the night shift consistently (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
Willing to work on-site at Kompally (no work from home or hybrid)
1+ year of sales, telesales or international calling experience (US / UK / Canada / Australia)
Experience with CRM tools or dialers
