Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ITI Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing mechanical components while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately
Operate machines such as lathe, milling, drilling, grinding, and welding equipment
Use precision measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of machinery and equipment
Follow workplace safety guidelines, SOPs, and company policies at all times
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently to minimize downtime

Required Skills & Qualifications:
ITI certification in Fitter trade




Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments
Hands-on experience with workshop machines
Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Awareness of safety standards and practices

Experience:
Fresher or 0–2 years of relevant experience
