Key Responsibilities
Design and develop bicycle components and mechanical assemblies using SolidWorks.
Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed manufacturing drawings.
Design and develop tools, jigs, fixtures, and dies as per production requirements.
Understand bicycle component design, manufacturing processes, and assembly requirements.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and design feasibility before production.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and other departments to resolve design-related issues.
Modify existing designs and implement engineering changes based on production feedback.
Apply GD&T; principles and maintain engineering drawings and design documentation.
Support prototype development, tooling trials, and continuous design improvement.
Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and manufacturing requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
