Designation: Recruitment Executive

Location: Kochi

Responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities for overseas job vacancies, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
Communicate with candidates to explain job opportunities, eligibility criteria, salary packages, and recruitment procedures.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates regarding document collection, interview schedules, selection status, and deployment updates.
Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates, overseas clients, and recruitment partners.
Coordinate with overseas employers and clients to understand job requirements and fulfil recruitment needs.
Interact with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates and support.
Travel to meet clients, visit institutions, conduct recruitment drives, and attend meetings when required.
Coordinate candidate interviews with overseas employers and follow up on the results.
Assist with collecting and verifying candidate documents and coordinating with the relevant team for visa and deployment processes.
Maintain candidate databases,



recruitment records, and reports using MS Excel.
Support the team in achieving overseas recruitment targets and maintaining good client relationships.

Requirements and skills
Fluency in spoken Hindi is mandatory.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in overseas recruitment.
Experience in overseas recruitment, customer relations, or placement coordination will be an added advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid candidate relationship management and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and recruitment drives.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Ability to coordinate effectively with candidates, clients, and recruitment partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
