Detailed Description of the Role:

The Student Happiness Officer (SHO) will be responsible for student coordination

and support at the HACA Trivandrum (TVM) centre. The role involves managing

student queries, monitoring attendance, coordinating with mentors and academic

teams, ensuring student engagement, and supporting smooth day-to-day academic

operations.
Required Skill Sets and Experience:

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Solid coordination and problem-solving abilities.

 Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and LMS platforms.

 Ability to manage student queries and resolve issues promptly.

 Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Freshers can apply; prior experience in student coordination or customer

support is an advantage.
Required Qualification:

 Any graduate or candidates pursuing their final year of graduation.

 Candidates with positive communication skills and a willingness to learn are

preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
