We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist with 0–1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Freshers with good communication and problem-solving skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat.
Provide accurate information about company products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer issues professionally and within the expected timeframe.
Respond to customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Meet assigned performance targets and maintain service quality.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or customer service.
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Experience handling customer queries through calls, emails, or chat.
