We are seeking a results-driven sales representative to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing customer relationships. You will act as the primary link between our company and potential clients, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a persistent mindset, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Source current sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Sales Pitches: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that highlight product value to prospective clients.
Pipeline Management:



Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to negotiation and closing.
CRM Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, deals, and activities in [CRM System, e.g., Salesforce / HubSpot].
Relationship Building: Build trust and maintain robust, long-term relationships with existing accounts to secure renewals and upsells.
Market Feedback: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide feedback to leadership.
Resilience: High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle rejection positively.
Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
