We are hiring an experienced Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at The Tamarind Hotel, Goa.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities.
Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas for cleanliness.
Ensure rooms are ready on time for guest check-ins.
Manage linen, laundry, cleaning supplies and inventory.
Assign daily duties and monitor staff performance.
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams.
Handle guest housekeeping requests and complaints promptly.

Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Solid team management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle daily operations.
