Requirements and Qualifications
Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, or equivalent. 10th/12th with relevant experience also considered
Experience: 1+ years as Machine Operator in a manufacturing plant
Technical Knowledge: Ability to read basic drawings, understand machine parameters, and use measuring tools
Physical: Ability to stand for long hours, lift up to 20kg, and work in rotational shifts including night shifts
Compliance: Knowledge of ISO 9001, 5S, Kaizen, and basic safety standards
Key Skills
Machine Handling: Accurate machine setting and operation
Attention to Detail: Solid focus on quality and defect prevention
Problem Solving: Quick identification of issues
Teamwork: Coordinating with QC, maintenance, and production
Discipline: Punctual, process-oriented, and safety-conscious
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
