Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Production Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day production activities of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the required time.
Manage and coordinate production staff and allocate work effectively.
Monitor the quality and quantity of products during production.
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, equipment, and other resources.
Coordinate with the Stock, Accounts, Quality, Logistics, and Management teams as required.
Maintain proper production records and reports.
Monitor production schedules and identify delays or operational issues.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the production area.
Identify production-related problems and take appropriate corrective action.
Ensure products are produced according to company standards and requirements.
Support continuous improvement in production processes and efficiency.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management according to business requirements.

Eligibility
At least 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, inventory, or team management is preferred.
Candidates should be responsible, disciplined, and capable of managing day-to-day production operations.
