Manage daily service department operations and ensure smooth workshop functioning.
Achieve monthly service revenue, labour sales, and customer satisfaction targets.
Supervise service advisors, technicians, and other workshop staff.
Monitor workshop productivity, technician efficiency, and repair quality.
Ensure timely vehicle servicing, repairs, and delivery to customers.
Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution of service-related issues.
Coordinate with the spare parts and warranty departments for smooth service operations.
Monitor job cards, pending vehicles, repeat repairs, and workshop performance.
Ensure compliance with Tata Motors service standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to improve employee performance.
Monitor service reports, expenses, and departmental profitability.
Maintain customer satisfaction and implement measures to improve service quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
