Job Description:

We are hiring French-speaking specialists for an international BPO process in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries in French.
Provide support through calls, emails, and chat as required.
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
Follow process guidelines and achieve performance targets.

Requirements:
French C1 certification is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of international BPO experience.
Excellent French communication skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA, depending on experience and language proficiency

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
