We are looking for an AutoCAD Designer to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings for brass components and products.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of brass parts.
Convert customer samples, sketches and specifications into production drawings with correct dimensions, tolerances and GD&T.;
Design patterns, dies, moulds and tooling layouts for brass casting and forging, including gating and runner considerations.
Create machining drawings for CNC, VMC and turning operations, specifying threads, surface finish and tolerances.
Work with the production, tooling and quality teams to improve designs for manufacturability and reduce material wastage.
Calculate raw material weight and machining allowances to support costing and quotations.
Revise drawings after trials, sample feedback and customer changes, and maintain revision control.




Maintain an organized drawing library, BOMs and design documentation.
Follow ISO, BIS, DIN, ASTM or other applicable standards, along with company design standards. Required Qualifications
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or Tool Design (or ITI/NTTF with relevant experience).

3–6 years of AutoCAD experience, preferably in brass, metal casting, forging or machining.
Certification in AutoCAD, CAD/CAM or tool design is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
