Cocktail Creation & R&D;: Design, test, and introduce original, seasonal, and classic cocktails from scratch.
Menu Development: Plan and update drink menus to align with restaurant concepts, food pairings, and cost targets.
Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor and manage the ordering of spirits, wines, beers, and bar tools while keeping accurate records and managing bar budgets.
Bar Operations & Preparation: Prepare specialized syrups, cordials, fresh juices, and garnishes daily.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
