We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven sales specialists for an exciting chance in the premium travel and cruise industry.
Experience: 2–4 years
Qualification: Graduate
Salary: Up to 44k + attractive incentives (maximum 20% hike on current CTC)
Max Age: 40
Working Schedule:
5 days working
2 rotational week-offs
Pure day shift
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable cruise packages.
Explain cruise itineraries, cabin categories, pricing, and onboard experiences.
Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets.
Upsell premium cabins, packages, and additional services.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate CRM records.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Robust sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Experience in lead conversion, upselling, and cross-selling.
Customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
