Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Plan, schedule, and execute routine checks and urgent repairs for electrical panels, plumbing lines, HVAC units, diesel generators (DG), UPS systems, and medical gas pipelines.
Infrastructure & Facility Upkeep: Monitor building structural integrity, fire and safety systems, elevators, lifts, and general civil maintenance.
Vendor & AMC Management: Coordinate with external contractors, service agencies, and third-party vendors for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and specialized equipment servicing.
Compliance & Audits: Support statutory, fire safety, and accreditation standards (such as NABH or local health codes) by maintaining accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and documentation.
Inventory & Resource Control: Track spare parts, tools, and maintenance consumables to prevent downtime during critical operations.
Emergency Response: Act swiftly during power outages, water supply failures, or equipment malfunctions to restore normal hospital functions immediately.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
