As a part of our dynamic team, you will have the prospect to work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and learn the ins and outs of recruitment processes.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
Update and maintain candidate databases using MS-Excel
Support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
Assist in drafting job descriptions and ensuring they are posted on relevant platforms
Conduct reference checks and background screenings
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
