Key Responsibilities
Design, set up and optimise HubSpot CRM across the Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs
Build and manage sales pipelines, deal stages, lifecycle stages and lead scoring
Create workflows, automations and data rules that align marketing, sales and customer success
Build dashboards and reports for revenue, pipeline and funnel performance




Manage CRM data quality, deduplication, migrations and integrations
Understand client business processes and recommend RevOps best practices
Work with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver projects on time

Requirements
2+ years of experience in RevOps / CRM operations, preferably on HubSpot
Robust knowledge of HubSpot CRM, workflows, properties, pipelines and reporting
Understanding of sales and marketing funnels and revenue metrics
Experience with integrations (Salesforce, Zapier, Make or similar) is a plus
HubSpot certifications are preferred
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work directly with international clients

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
