Manage daily hub operations, including sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and parcel movement.
Lead and supervise Ground Coordinators, Field Executives, and other operational staff.
Ensure daily operational targets and productivity are achieved.
Monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, and manpower availability.
Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth hub operations.
Track shipment movement and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Handle employee grievances and resolve operational issues.
Ensure employees follow safety guidelines, including wearing safety vests, ID cards, and safety shoes.
Prepare daily MIS reports and share operational updates with management.
Maintain discipline, productivity, and compliance with company policies

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
