Arif Associates is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee the execution of residential architecture and interior projects.

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably with an architectural firm.
Experience in both interior and exterior works, primarily for residential projects.
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and coordinate their execution on site.
Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and consultants.
Attend site meetings and discuss project requirements, materials and execution details.
Check the quality of workmanship and materials.
Identify site issues and communicate them to the design team.
Provide regular progress updates and site reports.
Follow up on work schedules and help ensure timely completion of project activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
