Job Profile: DCDP – Indian Cuisine

Responsibilities:
Assist the CDP in daily Indian kitchen operations.
Prepare authentic Indian dishes as per quality standards.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
Ensure kitchen hygiene and proper food storage.
Guide Commis staff and support smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Experience in Indian cuisine is preferred.
Knowledge of Indian gravies, curries, and cooking techniques.
Positive teamwork and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10.0 per week
