Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Requirements

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a senior leadership role.
Must be able to lead and manage the entire finance team.
Solid expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Experience in cost control, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.
Thorough knowledge of GST, taxation, statutory compliance, auditing, and accounting standards.
Experience in managing working capital, banking relationships, and financial risk.
Ability to develop financial strategies that support business growth and profitability.
Robust leadership, analytical, decision-making, and team management skills.




Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is highly preferred.
CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance preferred.

Ideal Candidate: A highly experienced finance professional who can independently oversee the complete finance department, lead the team, ensure financial discipline, and support the company's long-term growth.
