Key Responsibilities
Schedule, dispatch and monitor drivers and shipments.
Coordinate pick-ups and delivery times to meet customer and operational requirements.
Communicate with drivers regarding schedules and delivery instructions.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety policies and company procedures.
Handle customer inquiries, updates and service issues professionally.

Required Qualifications
Minimum Graduation required.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Previous dispatching experience can be an added advantage.

Working conditions
May require shift work, weekends or on-call availability.
