Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Steward to support restaurant service operations at Spartan Kitchen. The ideal candidate will help deliver a smooth dining experience by providing attentive guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating effectively with the kitchen and restaurant team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist guests and provide courteous, attentive service.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across dining and service areas.
Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
Support order management and billing when required.
Follow restaurant service standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Work closely with the Captain and Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in restaurant service, cafés, QSRs, or hospitality is preferred.
Knowledge of basic food service, table setup, and hygiene standards.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
A skilled, service-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
