Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 0 to 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC turning machines as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and tolerances.
Perform tool setting, tool changing, and offset adjustments.
Inspect components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Maintain component quality and achieve production targets.
Monitor tool wear and report machine abnormalities.
Follow safety procedures and 5S practices.
Required Skills
Knowledge of CNC turning machine operation.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
Knowledge of cutting tools and tool offsets.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
