A hospital in Vijayawada is seeking an experienced HR Executive with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The selected candidate will support day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, onboarding, and HR documentation, while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and applicable employment regulations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Familiarity with HR policies, employment documentation, and applicable labour regulations.
Positive communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.




Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave details, and HR databases.
Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and employee data with the payroll or finance team.
Address employee queries and support day-to-day employee relations.
Coordinate induction programmes, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
Monitor compliance with hospital HR policies and applicable employment regulations.
Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, staffing, and employee records.
Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements and workforce planning.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure accurate HR documentation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
