Position: HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive
Location: North Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Details
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off

Eligibility
Graduates – Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Positive English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Valuable interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to build a career in Recruitment / HR

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, references and other channels
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate data and recruitment records
Follow up with candidates until joining

Salary

Up to ₹2.25 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Salary will depend on experience, skills and interview performance.
