Job Description – UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our websites, mobile applications, and digital products. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of user experience, modern design principles, and responsive design.

Key Responsibilities:
Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Use tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or other relevant design software.
Understand business requirements and convert them into effective design solutions.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement designs.
Ensure consistency in layouts, typography, colors, icons, and design components.
Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Review developed interfaces and suggest improvements to ensure design accuracy.




Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an advantage.
Robust understanding of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and interaction design.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and usability standards.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is an advantage.
Valuable visual design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is required.

Preferred Skills
Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, websites, and mobile applications.
Understanding of design systems and reusable UI components.
Familiarity with usability testing and accessibility principles.
Experience working with developers to implement designs accurately.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
