Job Summary

Pitanga Wealth is looking for confident, English-speaking Business Development Executives to develop corporate partnerships for its employee financial wellness programme.

The selected candidates will connect with HR Heads, CHROs, Employee Benefits Managers, Finance Heads and corporate decision-makers to introduce our proposed employee financial wellness and financial services access programme.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research corporate prospects across India.
Contact HR Heads, CHROs, Employee Perks Managers and other relevant decision-makers.
Conduct qualified business calls in English.
Send personalised corporate partnership emails and follow-up messages.
Schedule online and in-person meetings.
Prepare and present corporate proposals.
Maintain prospect records, follow-up schedules and meeting outcomes in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, presentations and approved pilot programmes.
Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Required Skills
Strong spoken and written English.




Skilled telephone etiquette and email-writing skills.
Confidence communicating with senior corporate executives.
Good research, follow-up, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email and CRM systems.
Prior experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, inside sales or international voice processes is preferred.

Candidate Assessment

Candidates must complete a short English-speaking assessment, a mock call with an HR Head and a professional email-writing exercise.

Performance Metrics
Qualified corporate prospects researched.
Relevant decision-makers contacted.
Meetings scheduled and attended.
Follow-up completion and CRM accuracy.
Qualified partnership opportunities and approved pilot conversions.

Compensation

Salary will depend on experience and demonstrated communication and business development skills. Performance incentives, if offered, will be based on a documented and compliant incentive policy.
