Job Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, source quality candidates, and handle hiring for multiple departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior, mid-level, and junior positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and consultants.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Handle bulk hiring and urgent recruitment requirements.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and follow up until joining.




Build robust candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment turnaround time.
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and consultants.

Requirements:
Graduate or MBA in HR / Human Resources preferred.
5–8 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Robust expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
