Suganda Aroma Farms & Estates (SAFE)

SAFE is looking for proactive, experienced, and result-oriented Sales Organisers to build, guide, and manage a team of Sales Advisers for our real estate, farmland, and plantation projects.

Work Location: Nellore Only

SIGNIFICANT HIRING PREFERENCES
Only local candidates from Nellore District can apply.
Candidates with sales and marketing experience will be given preference.
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only (Offline).

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, build, and develop a team of Sales Advisers.
Train and motivate team members about SAFE projects and customer benefits.
Guide Advisers in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and site visits.
Support the team in converting prospective customers into bookings.
Monitor Adviser activity, sales performance, and team targets.
Conduct regular team meetings and share sales updates with management.
Maintain team discipline, customer relationships, and transparent communication.
Achieve individual and team sales goals.

Eligibility & Skills
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Interest or experience in sales, marketing,



real estate, or agriculture.
Ability to recruit, motivate, and guide a sales team.
Target-oriented approach with effective planning and follow-up skills.
Experienced candidates preferred.
Capable freshers with leadership potential may also apply.
