About the Role

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to manage the electrical and automation systems of our high-speed edible oil filling lines, PET blow molding machines, and plant utilities. You will fix faults quickly, reduce breakdown time, and maintain electrical safety and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and fix faults in PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems on rotary filling, capping, labeling, FFS pouch, and blow molding machines.
Maintain and calibrate sensors (proximity, photoelectric, weight/load cells), limit switches, and solenoid valves.
Maintain programming and electrical settings of VFDs and servo drives/motors.
Look after electrical panels and motors of air compressors, chillers, nitrogen generators, and oil transfer pumps.
Ensure regular maintenance of HT/LT panels, the APFC panel, transformers, and the DG set.
Maintain heating elements, SCR controllers, and PID temperature controllers of the blow molding preform heating oven.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly preventive maintenance schedules for panels, cables, and motors, and conduct electrical audits.
Regularly check earthing and short-circuit protection systems.
Strictly follow, and ensure others follow, safety rules such as LOTO (Lockout/Tagout).
Maintain stock of critical electrical spares (PLC cards, VFDs, sensors, contactors, relays).
Keep wiring diagrams, breakdown logs, and maintenance history sheets updated.

Requirements
Education: Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
Experience: Prior experience in an edible oil, beverages, pharma, or any liquid bottling plant.
Technical skills: PLC troubleshooting (Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley), VFD parameter setting, and solid ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams.
