Handle customer inquiries regarding holiday packages, bookings, and travel services.
Assist customers with booking confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely assistance.
Maintain customer records and update booking details.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to follow up with customers professionally.
Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
