Job Roles & Responsibilities
Production Department
Assist in daily production activities.
Operate production equipment as per instructions.
Achieve daily production targets.
Maintain product quality and workplace safety.
Follow company production procedures.
Machine Operator
Operate and monitor manufacturing machines.
Load and unload raw materials.
Check machine performance during operations.
Report machine issues to supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
Assembly Department
Assemble components and products according to instructions.
Perform manual and line assembly operations.
Check assembled parts for defects.




Maintain production efficiency and quality.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Quality Control Department
Inspect raw materials and finished products.
Identify defects and report quality issues.
Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections.
Maintain inspection records.
Ensure products meet company quality standards.

Candidate Requirements
Basic understanding of manufacturing operations.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Ability to follow supervisor instructions.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
