Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries.
Provide information about products/services and explain perks.
Maintain records of calls and customer details in the CRM.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to team goals.
