Hotel Lake Palace, Thiruvananthapuram, is looking for hardworking, responsible, and service-oriented candidates to join our Housekeeping Department as Room Attendants.

The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms to the hotel's cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards while ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Make beds and replace bed linen, towels, and other room supplies.
Replenish guest amenities and toiletries as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and assigned areas.
Clean bathrooms, furniture, floors, windows, and other room surfaces.
Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials safely.
Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams regarding room status and guest requirements.




Respond politely and promptly to guest requests.
Follow hotel housekeeping procedures, safety standards, and hygiene practices.
Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and discipline.

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping will be an advantage.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
Valuable personal hygiene and professional grooming.
Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
