Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Preparation:
Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities to ensure smooth progress.
Develop and implement construction schedules and effectively manage resources (materials, equipment, and manpower).
Prepare the site and liaise with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, and surveyors.
Construction Execution:
Supervise and coordinate construction activities according to priorities and plans.
Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations and standards.
Resolve in office issues and emergencies promptly.
Monitor and manage subcontractors' performance.
Quality Control and Safety:
Ensure construction projects meet quality and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections and site audits to identify potential hazards or quality issues.
Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures and processes.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company health and safety policies.




Cost Management:
Monitor project budget and track expenses.
Control construction costs and expenses within the budget.
Review and approve contractor and supplier invoices.
Reporting and Communication:
Report on progress to project managers, clients, and stakeholders as required.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports such as daily logs, site diaries, and photographs.
Communicate effectively with site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage site personnel.
Delegate tasks and supervise the work of laborers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades.
Provide training and development opportunities to site staff as needed.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
