Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Audit & MIS Executive to manage internal audits, MIS reporting, inventory verification, cost analysis, and financial data accuracy in our manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits of financial records, purchase bills, sales invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Maintain reports related to sales, purchases, production, inventory, and expenses.
Verify physical stock and reconcile it with system records.
Monitor raw materials, finished goods, material consumption, and wastage.
Perform cost analysis, budget variance analysis, and identify discrepancies.
Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Stores,



and Production teams for data verification.
Maintain audit documentation, identify control gaps, and follow up on corrective actions.
Prepare Excel reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Audit & MIS, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
Understanding of inventory reconciliation, internal audit procedures, and manufacturing operations.
Experience with ERP/accounting software preferred.
Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
