About the Role
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to manage distributors and expand the sales network across West Bengal ( kolkata)

Key Responsibilities
Manage distributors, dealers and retailers.
Appoint new channel partners.
Drive primary and secondary sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct regular market visits and generate orders
.Expand market coverage and identify current opportunities.
Manage collections and stock availability.
Track competitors and prepare sales reports.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Field/Channel/Distributor Sales.




Strong distributor management experience.
An existing network in Bihar will be preferred.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Industry Preference: Publishing, Education, Stationery, FMCG, or similar industries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
