We are seeking a presentable and customer-focused Receptionist and Inside sales Executive to manage front desk operations and support showroom sales. The role involves handling walk-in clients, managing enquiries and assisting the sales team in converting leads into business.

Job Descriptions
Handle incoming calls, emails and visitor management
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
Maintain showroom appearance and front desk coordination
Manage customer enquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email)
Explain product range (carpets, rugs, customization options)
Generate leads and follow up regularly
Coordinate with sales/design team for quotations and order closure
Upsell and cross-sell products
Maintain customer database and enquiry records
Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow-ups
Track enquiry-to-conversion ratio




Build solid relationships with clients, architects, and designers
Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction
Encourage repeat business and referrals
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail / showroom / inside sales / front office
Positive communication skills (English , Hindi+ local language (Telugu))
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Presentable personality with customer handling skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in home décor / interior / luxury retail industry
Sales closing and negotiation skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
