Job Summary

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and responsible Camp Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and day-to-day operations of the camp. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth camp activities, effective team coordination, participant satisfaction, and compliance with safety procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and coordinate daily camp activities, schedules, and events.
Manage participant registration, Coordinate with camp staff, instructors, volunteers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Arrange logistics, including accommodation, meals, transportation, equipment, and supplies, as required.
Supervise daily camp activities and ensure all programs run according to the schedule.
Ensure the safety, security, discipline, and well-being of all participants.
Handle participant queries, concerns, complaints, and unexpected situations professionally.
Monitor camp resources, manage expenses, and maintain accurate records.
Communicate schedules, instructions, and updates to participants, staff, and other stakeholders.




Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions.
Maintain daily reports, attendance records, incident reports, and other relevant documentation.
Collect feedback and prepare post-camp reports with recommendations for improvement.
Ensure camp policies, procedures, and organizational standards are followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Solid organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple responsibilities.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in maintaining records and preparing reports.
Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
Previous experience in camp coordination, event management, administration, or a related field is preferred.
Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when required

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
