We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team as US IT Recruiters.

About the Role:
A US IT Recruiter is responsible for hiring candidates for IT and non-IT positions in the US market. The role involves searching for suitable candidates, reviewing resumes, communicating with candidates, understanding job requirements, and coordinating interviews with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, and Indeed.
Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and conduct initial screenings.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate information and work towards daily recruitment targets.

Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates must have a relevant technical degree, such as B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc./M.Sc. Computer Science, IT, ECE, EEE, MCA,



or related technical qualifications.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Basic knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, Python, SQL, and AWS is preferred.
Candidates should have valuable learning, convincing, and multitasking skills.
