Oversee nursing operations across ICU, ITU, OT, Emergency, OPD, IPD, and other departments.
Lead, supervise, and manage the nursing workforce.
Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.
Maintain NABH standards, nursing SOPs, and statutory compliance.
Manage nursing manpower planning, duty rosters, and staff deployment.
Conduct nursing audits, performance evaluations, and quality assessments.
Organize nursing training, skill development, and competency assessments.
Coordinate with hospital management, doctors, HR, and quality teams.
Monitor patient satisfaction, infection control, and nursing service quality.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing; M.Sc. Nursing preferred.
Experience: Minimum 12–15 years in hospital nursing services, including 5+ years in nursing administration.
Preferred Background:



Multispeciality / Super Speciality / NABH-Accredited Hospital.
Essential Skills: Nursing Administration, Team Leadership, NABH Compliance, Clinical Governance, Patient Safety, and Manpower Management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
