Position: Zonal Manager – Hotel Division
Location: Tiruppur
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Hotel/Restaurant Industry

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all zones and outlets across the Tiruppur region.
Monitor daily outlet operations, sales, and overall performance.
Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene across all outlets.
Supervise Branch Managers and outlet staff to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and manpower requirements.
Ensure timely submission of bills, expenses, and operational reports.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and quality standards.




Conduct regular outlet visits and coordinate with management to improve performance.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel or restaurant industry.
Proven experience in managing multiple outlets or locations.
Solid leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across the Tiruppur region as required.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
