Job Title: AGM / Senior Manager – Training Company: ASP-RCM Solutions Industry: Healthcare RCM Location: Ambattur, Chennai Experience: 10+Years Job Description: We are hiring an experienced AGM / Senior Manager – Training to lead the Training & Development function in Healthcare RCM. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Training & Development team. - Develop and implement training strategies. - Oversee process, behavioral, leadership, and upskilling programs. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify skill gaps. - Monitor training effectiveness and learning KPIs. - Collaborate with HR and Operations to improve employee performance. - Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance in training delivery. Preferred Candidate Profile: - 15–20 years of relevant experience. - Solid leadership and team management skills. - Experience in Training & Development within Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing. - Immediate joiners preferred. Work Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
