Novox EdTech LLP is looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to guide students in their academic and career development.

Responsibilities
Guide students in selecting suitable academic courses and career paths.
Provide academic counselling and support to students.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
Coordinate with students, parents, and academic institutions.
Follow up with students regarding admissions and course progress.
Maintain student records and counselling reports.
Support academic planning and student engagement activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience working in an educational institution,



training centre, or academic counselling role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Solid interpersonal, presentation, and counselling skills.
Good organisational skills and a student-friendly attitude.
Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.

Location Preference

Candidates from Calicut (Kozhikode) only are preferred.
